Since graduating from the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program (Physiatrist) at the University of Toronto Medical School, Dr. Wong has been practicing in a private clinic since 1997. Moreover, he serves as a Consultant Physician for spasticity management at numerous long-term care facilities and at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Dr. Wong also completes Independent Medical Evaluations for insurance and med-legal cases. He carries special interest and expertise in acute musculoskeletal injuries and neurological pathologies. Among other accolades and accomplishments, Dr. Wong assisted in writing a chapter for Pharmacological Treatment of Disease.

Dr. Cornacchia graduated with clinic honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1995. He is certified in Disability Ratings based on the AMA Guide to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 4th Edition, and as a Functional Capacity Evaluator. He also received certification in Insurance Medicine and Medicolegal Expertise from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montreal and currently holds Canadian Red Cross First Responder Certification. Dr. Cornacchia’s interests go beyond the field of health practitioner and management. Over the last 20 years, he has prepared and executed a number of information workshops for ongoing patients. Similarly, he develops and facilitates information seminars for varied local employers and schools.
Dr. Pirnia is an outstanding practitioner committed to providing exceptional care in the area of Chiropractic. Along with earning a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, he also carries a Bachelor’s of Science, Biology from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Pirnia holds a number of distinguished certifications, including Sacral Occipital Technique-Level I and Thompson Drop Table Technique. Payam has over 16 years of work experience in his field, many of which took place at clinics across California. Dr. Pirnia demonstrates notable success in the diagnosis and treatment of pain associated with the spine and the musculoskeletal system. He is well-practiced in evaluation and treatment of neck, shoulder, back, hip, and other peripheral joint pain.
Frank graduated from Western University with a honours specialization in Kinesiology before attending Queen’s University to complete his master’s degree in Physiotherapy. He has gained his clinical experience from working with various clientele including traumatic brain injury patients, varsity athletes, and pediatric populations. Frankie focuses on a goals-based approach; encouraging movement through strength, manual therapy and muscle facilitation. His previous work encapsulates a wide plethora of clinical settings including long-term care, acute rehab hospitals, pediatric rehabilitation and private fitness gyms. Trained with extensive soft tissue and McKenzie techniques; he prides himself on his strong orthopedic background and his skill set in movement rehabilitation.
Mina carries broad knowledge of common geriatric, adult, and pediatric physical disabilities and effective treatment interventions. She completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree, along with an extraordinary number of certifications in various areas, including but not limited to, Pregnancy, Pelvic Girdle Pain and Pelvic Floor, Advanced Physical Therapy Upper Extremity, and Acupuncture & Dry Needling. Mina has extensive experience working as a Physiotherapist in various hospital inpatient wards including orthopedic, surgical, neurological, ICU, CCU, and respiratory wards; clinics; and nursing homes. She believed in conducting detailed initial assessments to determine the root cause of problems, followed by hands-on techniques, like mobilization, soft tissue release, and taping.
Dana Wang has been a Registered Massage Therapist in the GTA for over 8 years. She specializes in Swedish and hot stone massage with treating everyday aches and pains; from headaches to overall muscle pain. She can effectively treat and relieve muscle tension, strain/sprain/spasm, common overuse injuries, lack of appetite, dysmenorrhea, and so on. Dana’s relaxation techniques include light to moderate pressure on muscles and trigger points. This course of treatment improves range of motion and helps facilitate the body’s ability to heal. Ms Palikucin-Reljin is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Ontario College of Psychologists since 2007. Over the last 16 years she has gained clinical experience in hospital settings, clinics, and private practice, which have strengthened both assessment and psychotherapy skills. Her work experience includes psychiatric, psychological and neuropsychological assessments, and mental health assessments of adults with different mental health issues. She has conducted cognitive, memory, academic, adaptive functioning, personality and mental health assessments. In addition, Ms Palikucin-Reljin has prepared comprehensive assessments and provided feedback to with regards to diagnosis.
Antoline is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working directly with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health concerns. She is specialized in cognitive behavioural therapy while focusing on the recovery model. Antoine has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist. She carries 15 years of building working relationships with adults and adolescents who have gone through a trauma. She has dedicated her career to her passion in helping people overcome their trauma. Antoine has spent the last decade improving her technique in working with individuals with severe trauma by learning the impact the brain has on behaviour. Her belief is to take a holistic approach to recovery and minimizing the use of medication whenever possible.
Dr. Huang is an Ontario Licensed Naturopathic Doctor and carries certification in Intravenous Infusion Therapy (IVIT). Dr. Huang has previous exceptional years of medical experience with over 10 years as Medical Oncologist in Guangzhou, China. With that, she has a focus in cancer treatment, women’s health and skin concerns, chronic diseases, primary care, and research. She completed pre-medicine university training after which she attended a four-year, graduate-level naturopathic medical school and was educated in all of the same basic sciences as an MD, but also studied holistic and nontoxic approaches to therapy with a strong emphasis on disease prevention and optimizing wellness.
Keesha is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She views Holistic Health as a system of healthcare that emphasizes personal responsibility and enhances a cooperative relationship between client and practitioner. It integrates the physical, nutritional, environmental, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual’s life, which all have a dramatic effect on one’s health. She sees the body as a whole so rather than focusing on a specific symptom she works with her clients to identify and help correct the nutritional causes of diseases, and design personalized diet and lifestyle programs to optimize their health.
